I'd like to say a few words about your service since I've dealt with a lot of web hosts throughout the years, and been a web developer for a long time now. First of all I really like it that you accept PayPal payments. It's easy to pay, and secure, as well. And no mess with credit cards. Also, the fast set up was great. Didn't take more than max 12 hours from the sign-up until I had access to my Cpanel, and could begin to upload files over FTP. The variety of software that you offer to the hosting price you have is amazing, easy to install, and works great. And everything is up to date and fully functional. Couldn't be better. There's been no downtime at all as far as I know, email works smooth, and so far I haven't had to make any contact with technical support about anything. Thank you for a great service: Keep it up.

Great host!! You guys are changing stuff around frequently, I noticed. That's mostly really great but I have a rough time with character encoding because the default keeps changing and I often accidentally save something in the wrong encoding, which is a problem for me because half of my site is in French and I systematically lose, or end up with mutated versions of, all of my special characters whenever this happens. I would love it if there was some way to program the edit site to check in the body of the html text, and use the listed encoding as the default when opening the page. I'm not a programmer, so I don't know if that would be hard to do, but it sure would help a lot!!!
